London Job Tracker
A London plumbing company spanning all boroughs. Jobs came in three ways: phone bookings, online form, and emergency callouts where engineers found extra work on site. Admin tracked everything across spreadsheets, sticky notes, and WhatsApp. Built one tracker pulling all three sources together — every job visible, status updatable, and emergency add-ons caught before they fall through.
