Simple tools: two to five days. More complex workflows involving multiple data sources or integrations: one to three weeks. We scope the timeline precisely on the discovery call, so you know before we start.
In a dedicated deployment environment with 99.9% uptime and autoscaling. Your data stays there. Production and development environments are kept separate, so changes can be tested before they touch your live tool. Point-in-time database restore is included. Your IT team gets full documentation of the setup before anything goes live.
Only what's required to build and test the tool. We agree a data boundary on the discovery call. Nothing is retained after handover.
The build includes two rounds of iteration before handover. After that, changes are covered by the monthly retainer up to the included hours, or scoped and priced individually for larger additions.
Yes. Financial services, healthcare, and public sector clients are a core part of the work. Governance documentation is adjusted to your sector's requirements. Data handling is specified in writing before we start.
